At Yasmin Papers, customer satisfaction is important to us. While we operate with a Cash on Delivery (COD) system, we understand that sometimes issues may arise. This Returns & Refund Policy explains how we handle such situations.

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received the wrong product
  • The item is incomplete or missing components

Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered
  • A valid reason and clear photo proof must be provided

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Minor color or size variations that do not affect usability

How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with the subject line “Return Request” and include:

  • Your full name
  • Order details
  • Reason for return
  • Supporting images or evidence of the issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days to review your request and provide further instructions.

Return Shipping
In most cases, the customer is responsible for returning the item to our designated return address unless otherwise agreed upon during resolution.

Refunds
we only offer Cash on Delivery.

    We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.

    Exchange Policy
    We may offer an exchange instead of a refund, depending on product availability. This will be handled case by case and communicated through email.

    Order Cancellations
    You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at [email protected]. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
